Production & Shipping Timeline

Each art piece is made to order. Once your size is confirmed, please allow 4–6 weeks for production and shipping.

  • You will receive a tracking email as soon as your piece ships, so you’ll know it’s on its way.
  • Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier, but typical delivery estimates are:

Processing & Tracking
After your item has been produced and shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are build into our pricing structure and therefore, are included at checkout and are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Returns & Money-Back Guarantee

It is important to us that you love your new artwork. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, shipments in the lower 48 may return your item for a refund (excluding return shipping) within 14 days of receiving your piece, subject to the conditions below:

Eligibility for Return

  • Item must be returned and in resellable condition
  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return (unless defective).

All international, HA or AK orders are final sales.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us at info@bretwebsterimages.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
    • You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or we made an error
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your return to be processed once received

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and multiple photos of the error or of the damaged box/crate and damage to the image. We will resolve the issue by offering a rush replacement.
